Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yolly at yolly.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Yolly is a personal tally tracker that lets you create counters and record increments or decrements over time. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Yolly. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Availability
We strive to keep Yolly running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yolly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
